Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager.

As part of its activities, FOCEP SA is recruiting a Senior Human Resources Manager.

YOUR MISSION.

Under the direct supervision of the Head of Human Resources Department, the Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:

Recruitment .

  • Ensure the recruitment of staff within the company;
  • Monitor reporting and ratios relating to recruitment activity.

Personnel administration.

  • Supervise day-to-day personnel administration (management of leave, permissions, family allowance, etc.);
  • Ensure due diligence with public administrations (CNPS, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, etc.) and dedicated partners (Health Insurance and others).

Payroll management.

  • Assist the Head of HR Department in processing payroll and completing the company’s social security declarations;

Staff training.

  • Ensure the implementation of the annual training plan;
  • Monitor reporting and ratios relating to training activity.

Staff evaluation.

  • Conduct various staff evaluations and ensure monitoring of reporting of this activity.

Reporting.

  • Weekly, monthly report.

YOUR PROFILE.

  • You hold at least a BAC+4 in human resources management and social law.
  • You have proven professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, ideally in the financial or microfinance sector.  
  • You are proficient in the use of IT tools, MS OFFICE software (WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT etc.), and HR software, specifically SAGE PAIE.
  • You have a good understanding of social legislation and strong writing and communication skills.
  • You are empathetic, discreet, rigorous and have a good listening skills.
