Job Title: Marketing Lead, Brand Manager

Summary/Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic marketing team. This role is critical in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and leading a team. Responsibilities/Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives.
- Manage a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Skills:
- Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Google Analytics, social media platforms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative and innovative thinker.

- MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
