Job Description

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS : 02 Sales employee M/F

The company FUTURIST COMPANY SARL, specialized in the marketing of electronic products, is looking for 02 Sales Employees M/F for its services .

Location of the position  : Bafoussam

Number of positions to be filled: 02

MISSIONS  :

Under the authority of the agency manager, the Sales Employee will be required to execute the sales action plan, work for customer satisfaction and loyalty. He/she will be required to check, install the goods on the shelf and ensure restocking. He/she must ensure that the presentation of the department meets customer expectations. He/she will also have to work on the development and execution of strategies to achieve the defined objectives.

ACTIVITIES

  • Participate in the development of sales policy, objectives and priorities
  • Respect the prices and margins set.
  • Respect the actions of development and adjustment of the company’s offers
  • Building customer loyalty
  • Promote the image and reputation of the company
  • Manage proper product rotation
  • Monitor competition by collecting current market information on prices, products, delivery times, benchmarking techniques, etc.
  • Be proactive in all activities relating to its point of sale, particularly in terms of quality of service and policy for evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Check the quality and labeling of the goods received
  • Go and get the goods in reserve
  • Install the merchandise on the shelf
  • Ensure the replenishment of shelves
  • Put away the goods
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and cleaning of products and shelves
  • Participate in the implementation of commercial operations
  • Prepare inventory in departments and participate in store inventory
  • Alert the branch manager or sales manager about customer observations or complaints, the insufficiency of certain items, the lack of stock availability
  • Participate in the management of supplier returns
  • Attend collective points with the agency head

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales, especially in the electronics sector
  • Understanding of business opportunities and sensitivity to customer satisfaction.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in French or English.
  • Be honest in all interactions, and able to build true partnerships with customers and internally with other functions.
  • Dynamism in work
  • Ability to find relevant solutions in a very dynamic environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure good customer relationship management
  • Listening skills to understand the needs of customers or prospects.
  • Organizational skills in order to define action priorities and the allocation of resources.

  • Flexibility, availability, and mobility.

PROFILE

  • Hold a minimum of a BEPC, be aged between 21 and 35 and have at least one year’s experience in a similar position.
