Job Description
INTERNSHIP OFFER at KREST HOLDING
MISSIONSÂ :
- Realize architectural concepts
- Define materials and equipment
- Produce architectural execution files including details of all trades
- Analyze graphic documents and written pieces
- Coordinate a study project for all trades, as well as the architectural monitoring of the execution of the project
- Participate in the reception of works
SKILLS & EXPERIENCEÂ
- BAC+5 – Architecture
- 3 years minimum experience
- Architectural design
- Masters architectural design standards
- Proficiency in ArchiCad, Lumion, CYPE Architecture, SketchUp, Twimotion, the Office pack
- Mastery of BIM tools (Revit or CYPE CAD)
- Basic knowledge of urban planning regulations
- Knowledge of the construction code, PMR standards, administrative procedures for permits and prior declarations, fire regulations
- Realistic 3D Rendering Design
